The success of the efficacy of our beta glucan
1-3 , 1-4 β-D-glucan, a non-cellulosic polysaccharide, is extracted from the kernel of the oat seed Avena sativa L. or parts thereof (bran, oat fiber) according to a patented method. The highly purified product can contain up to 95% beta-glucan in its composition. The remainder (5-20%) is made up of starch, protein, insoluble fiber and water in particular. The characteristics resulting from its purity are its total solubility, odorlessness, colorlessness and tastelessness. When combined with water even at very low concentrations, it forms stable gelatine that protects the walls of the digestive system from chemical and physical agents. Beta glucan also promotes the formation of normal bacterial flora in the digestive system.
How do we obtain it?
To fractionate oats into isolated components, we use the capabilities of OATin TECHNOLOGY. With this proprietary method, we can obtain each isolated ingredient in its most valuable form. The products we obtain through this process are oat oil, insoluble fiber, oat protein, starch and the key ingredient oat beta glucan isolate, the effectiveness of which has been proven in clinical trials.
